How our service works...

1. Fill out the Order Form Estimate.

Complete the information on the Order Form Estimate. Print 2 copies of the form. (Put one inside your package, and keep the second for your records.) Use the "Print Mailing Label" button at the bottom of the Order Form and easily print a mailing label to put on your package.

2. Ship your photos.

3. You receive confirmation.

We will send you an email confirmation upon receipt of your photos.

4. We scan your photos.

Our photo experts carefully scan your photos:

Compressed air dust removal (you would be amazed at the dust photos collect)

Rotate to proper orientation, if necessary

Minimal cropping if not aligned correctly

Manual photo enhancement including red eye reduction, color restoration, and digital dust removal

5. We burn your digital images to CD or DVD.

Your images are burned to either CD or DVD or both, depending on which option you choose on the Order Form. We can also print photo index pages with file names so you can easily find the photo you are looking for. Our TV slideshows of your images are perfect for any occasion.

6. We send email notification that your order is complete.

On the email notice you receive, there will be a link to Google Checkout. Click on this link and easily pay using credit card or debit card.

7. You pay through Google Checkout.

Google does an excellent job of protecting the privacy of your credit card information. This is why we use them for our transactions. Click on the Google Checkout logo to learn more about this service. With Google Checkout you can pay using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.

8. We ship your order.

We ship your order immediately after payment using UPS, unless you specify otherwise.

9. You receive your photos and CD or DVD.

You smile.
